You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, some personal care items cannot be returned once opened. These are noted where they apply.
